I need 6 reproduction joinery seat bases made copying one original. I have the original base and the chair carcass it must fit in. It has specific curves to fit base and to form the shape of chair. Not fussed what timber is used whatever is easiest to work with. The base will of course be upholstered so it will not be seen so it is all about replicating correct size, curves and profile. Would suit furniture maker, joiner, cabinet maker? Would have to be located Melbourne in order to work with the original base and chair carcass.

Looking for someone to build a timber box/header above a room opening so I can install a sliding panel room divider. The room opening is approx. 3.3m wide and the ceiling height is approx. 2.58m. The sliding divider system is approx. 2.4m high, so I need a timber header/bulkhead built down from the ceiling to fill the gap and provide a solid fixing point for the top rail. Scope: Build a straight timber box/header across the 3.3m opening Secure it properly to the ceiling/walls. the existing ceiling has round cornice, so may need to cut cornice in order to build straight angle frame. Make sure the bottom face is level and strong enough to attach a sliding door track Finish neatly, preferably ready for painting or with a simple painted finish

Hello! We have an existing floor to ceiling kitchen cupboard currently used as our laundry. The plan is to relocate the washing machine and in its palce, fit a new fully integrated dishwasher where the washing machine was, inside the cupboard . We then want to build a new pantry space - retro-fitted above it. A new dishwasher door to be fitted to the front of the dishwasher and the existing cupboard doors to be shorted and used as the pantry doors. A side panel to be fitted to the right-hand side of the dishwasher, to make sure of the additional void space, with 2 shelves. Modifications made to house the dishwasher to be safe, secure and compliant as per manufactures instructions. The very top section of the cupboard already contains a fully housed cupboard and no additional work is needed on this section. Existing images of cupboard and AI artist impressions attached, ignore the wooden bench to the right, this is not in scope. Thanks for reading!

Our kitchen cabinetry under the sink houses a hot water tank. The tank developed a slow leak, which unfortunately went unnoticed until our neighbours advised us that water was leaking into the unit below. The leak has now been fully repaired, however the bottom/base of the cabinet has sustained water damage and is likely rotten. We are looking for a suitably skilled person (cabinet maker / carpenter / handyman) to: • Remove and replace the damaged bottom cabinetry/flooring only. We will arrange a plumber separately to remove hot water tank. - Repair the silicone between wall and stone benchtop where a gap has appeared in same area where the leak was previously The cabinet doors and upper cabinetry are in good condition and do not need replacing — it’s just the base/floor panel inside the cabinet. Bottom cabinetry measurement is in one of the photos

Custom Built-In Laundry Cupboard Looking for a cabinet maker / handyman to build and install a custom built-in cupboard in my laundry (see attached photos). Requirements - Build cupboard to fit existing cavity: Width: 1110mm, Depth: 377mm, Height: 500mm - White finish to match surrounding cabinetry where possible. Cupboard to have: - A single lift-up door (opening upwards) - Hinges/gas struts or similar mechanism that holds the door open; Preferably soft-close hardware - The bottom shelf/base must sit on removable side pegs/supports, so it can be lifted out when required to access the ceiling/roof space above. - Looking for a neat built-in appearance and practical access solution.
