Modify Overhead Cupboards for Ducted Air-Conditioning Unit I’m looking for an experienced carpenter, cabinetmaker or highly skilled handyman to modify the overhead cupboards shown in the attached photos. The two existing cupboard sections marked #3 in red and #2 in blue are currently separate. They need to be converted into one continuous cupboard/enclosure to accommodate a Daikin FDYBA71AV1 ducted indoor air-conditioning unit. Scope of work • Inspect and measure the existing cupboards on site. • Remove the internal partition or other components separating cupboard areas #2 and #3. • Modify and reinforce the existing cabinetry as required to create one long, structurally sound enclosure. Insert a casket inside that is whole size of this new rectangle (#2 & #3 together). • Construct the necessary cabinet casing – the Daiken will be installed in the casket screwed to the top of it. • The new enclosure does not require finished front panels or doors at this stage. The existing doors will be replaced separately. • Maintain a neat external finish in white that matches existing shelfs. Service access in area #3 A service opening of approximately 450 mm × 450 mm is required in the section marked #3. This will also require: • A removable shelf or removable shelf section positioned over the service opening. • The shelf must cover and seal the opening when it is installed. • The shelf must be easy to remove when access is required for air-conditioning inspection, servicing or repairs. • Suitable supports, seals and fixings so the shelf remains secure and does not rattle during normal operation. • Final location and construction method to be confirmed after measuring and discussing access requirements with the air-conditioning installer. Important information • Care must be taken not to interfere with the structural cabinetry, ceiling, cornices, electrical services or other services. • Please advise if any painting or finishing work is included or excluded.

Looking for a carpenter to build and install an elevated timber play platform similar to the attached picture. Approximate size: * 1200 × 2200 mm * Platform height approx. 1500-1400 mm * 4 legs with open space underneath * High safety railing around the platform * Ladder/climbing slats on the right-hand side * Structural plywood platform instead of a mattress/slat base The left side and rear will be against masonry walls and can be securely fixed/anchored to the walls for extra stability. It needs to be strong, safe and suitable for children. Happy for the carpenter to recommend suitable timber sizes, bracing, plywood thickness and fixing methods. Please quote for materials, construction and installation.

I'm about to purchase a fully integrated dishwasher to replace a freestanding dishwasher. I need to fit a panel to the front to match the kitchen cabinetry. However, I didn't install the kitchen so I don't know the cabinetry details. It seems fairly standard white, low sheen, handleless cabinetry. I need help to source and fit the panel. I was prob going to have the appliance vendor install the actual dishwasher (attaching to cabinet frames etc) unless it's better to have that done at the same time as the front panel fit? Looking for quotes

I have existing built-in cabinetry with a full-width flat shelf and an angled display section fixed on top. I would like the angled section removed and the flat shelf cut back in depth so that a shallow full-width ledge remains, approximately 200 mm deep. I believe the cabinetry is MDF/timber and it will eventually be repainted, so I do not need a perfect factory finish, but I do want the cut edge neat, fixing holes filled, and the cabinetry left tidy and structurally sound. Please bring appropriate tools and confirm you have experience modifying cabinetry/joinery. Photos attached.

Install a Cefito 12L swing-out bin under kitchen sink. - Measure and cut out a corner notch on the front-right of the internal white shelf, so the bin and lid mechanism have clear vertical space to operate. - Currently the shelf is too low, not enough space for the lid - Mount lid bracket to the cabinet side wall - attach the base bracket to the floor/wall, - attach the door hook so the bin swings open with the door and seals under the lid when shut.
