Hi! I’m looking for someone to supply and install floating shelves for books on a concrete wall. I’ve attached photos of the wall space plus inspiration images for the style I’m after. Details: - Floating shelves (hidden brackets) - Must be strong enough to hold books - Prefer shelves not too thick/chunky - Concrete wall so must use correct fixings/anchors Looking for a cost-effective solution (doesn’t need premium timber) Layout: - Corner-style shelving on 2 wall sections (like inspiration) - Short wall approx 500mm - Long wall approx 800mm Happy to have varying shelf spacing (bigger gaps toward the bottom) Open to suggestions on number of shelves and the best way to achieve the floating look while keeping costs down. (Job 1 )- There is 2 wood panels from ceiling to floor encasing down pipe that goes down the cornice of the walls, that needs replacing due to ongoing water leaks down the pipes. Looking to replace the wooden frames before painting (Job 2 )- installing 3 door handles for bathroom (with privacy lock), laundry and internal garage (assume door handles supplied) to replace the grey panels/handles pictured (2 doors out of the 3 for bathroom and laundry) with new ones like the black one picture. modifying a piano stool to have shorter legs. the legs use hanger bolts to attach to kerf mount. i can use bunnings to supply the legs such as these https://www.bunnings.com.au/adoored-150mm-rustic-square-timber-furniture-leg_p0225590 but i have not the tools to cut the 45degree face and place the hanger bolt square in the leg, similar to https://www.youtube.com/shorts/lO4a_9LUu-Q i can do the assembly and supply the legs; i just need the hanger bolt installed in a 45 degree flat on the leg
