Install IKEA Larbro Mirror on Drywall & 2 Caroma Urbane 2 Robe Hooks on Bathroom Tile Task Description: Looking for an experienced and precise handyman to wall-mount three items in a residence: * Large IKEA Mirror (on Gypsum/Drywall): * Need to securely hang a large mirror onto a drywall/gypsum partition wall. * Requires heavy-duty hollow-wall fixings (e.g., Spring Toggle bolts, metal Molly bolts, or securing directly into internal C-studs). * No standard plastic plugs or stick-on solutions. * 2x Caroma Urban 2 Robe/Towel Hooks (on Bathroom Tile): * Mount 2 metal hooks onto ceramic/porcelain bathroom tiles. * Must use a proper diamond-tipped core bit at low speed to drill through the tile cleanly without cracking or splintering. * Needs silicone applied in the drilled holes before placing anchors to prevent water ingress behind the wall. What you need to bring: * All necessary power tools (drill, diamond core tile bits, level, stud finder). * Appropriate heavy-duty drywall anchors (toggles/molly bolts) and masonry plugs. * Neutral-cure silicone sealant. I need a front desk made not wooden I want it to have same plaster finish to the walls. Very Bali style no wood finish. We need an experienced plasterer to finish our hallway (pictures attached). We are looking for a layer of Bondcrete/Cemstik over the existing lime plaster, followed by two/three skim coats of lightweight plaster (gypsum/aggregate etc. Open to material suggestions that you are used to working with). The area is approx 6500x1300 x3000 height. It doesn’t require any work over the door areas and would likely only need one coat of plaster where we have retained plaster (see pictures) for consistency. Finished with sanding also required.

Carpenter needed – ceiling patch & timber blocking for fan relocation We're relocating a ceiling fan and some light fittings in our apartment. Our electrician has cut/will cut a square access hole in the ceiling at the new fan location. We need a carpenter to: - Install timber noggin/blocking between the ceiling joists to create a solid fixing point for the fan - Patch and re-sheet the cut section with plasterboard, flush with the existing ceiling - Possibly patch one additional small hole elsewhere in the ceiling (will confirm on the day) - No painting required, just needs to be solid and flush, ready for the electrician to mount the fan bracket Ceiling is gyprock, standard apartment ceiling height. Photos of the cut area available on request.
