Offer negotiable. I can pick up the finished product on the weekend (need to be within 30 min driving distance from Glen Waverley). Please leave comment on your offer and pick-up suburb - thank you! > > > 10 x Wood stands (please see attached blue print) • 5 × Units: 50cm Total Length • 5 × Units: 60cm Total Length 1. Critical Non-Negotiables (Red on Diagram) • Total Overall Height: Must be exactly 11cm from the floor to the top surface across all 10 units. • Total Length: Must be exactly 50cm or 60cm (as specified above). 2. Flexible Dimensions - but aim as close as possible (Black on Diagram) • Width: Aim for ~12cm. Using standard off-the-shelf 116mm DAR Pine is highly preferred to eliminate width-trimming labor. • Thickness: Standard 18mm or 19mm off-the-shelf stock is preferred. • Suggestion on Cuts: If using standard 19mm stock, cross-cut your legs to exactly 91mm to hit the mandatory 11cm overall height. 3. Joinery & Assembly Rules • Joint Type: Simple butt joints are OK. • Fastening: Fix using premium PVA wood glue combined with timber screws. • Screw Placement: Drive vertically down through the top plate into the legs. • Countersinking: All top screw heads must be countersunk below the surface so the track can sit completely flat. • Flush Ends: The outer faces of the legs must sit completely flush with the ends of the top plate. • Finishing: Lightly sand back all sharp edges and corners.

I’m looking for a contractor that can create a custom residential large parcel box 1000mm x 800mm with exact measurements all provided and graphics of examples. Can be a timber finish or press metal finish or an alternative. I’m not really fussed with that. I don’t want an advanced structural or advanced design styled the more basic the better. If you’re capable of doing this type of build please let me know and I can provide exact dimensions and details Quote needs to cover all costs including postage to 2601
