We're moving into a small apartment at the end of next month and are looking for a carpenter to create and build a custom vanity for the sink that also houses a washing machine. It needs to fit into a small space of 1000mm. We'd like to have an over bench sink, free standing cabinet with some storage and a countertop that extends to the left to fit on top of a washing machine. The size is due to this area being wedged between the shower screen and toilet/toilet valve. Photos of the space and measurements, along with what we’re looking for attached. My integrated dishwasher has come loose and tilts forward when the racks are pulled out. The mounting screws on both sides have torn out of the cabinet panels (looks like particleboard/MDF), so the side brackets are no longer holding. I need the dishwasher re-secured properly. Happy for you to propose the best approach. Site notes: - Miele integrated dishwasher, white cabinet panel - Engineered stone benchtop above (top-mounting into the stone may not be straightforward — your call) - Cabinet sides appear to be particleboard with damage at the existing screw locations - Timber floor — please use protection when sliding the unit out Please supply any required materials and include them in your quote. Looking for someone experienced with flat-pack furniture/cabinet assembly. Tasks: [1] Assemble one Temple & Webster Black Top Hamptons Large Sideboard Buffet [2] Switch two doors on an identical sideboard that I have already assembled. I accidentally put two doors on the wrong side so there is a level drop. I expect this may take around 30 minutes. [3] Move a chest of drawers out of the space where the new sideboard will go. This is a two man lift with me doing the other half. This should be very quick, around 1-3 minutes Sideboard details: • Approx. 170 cm W x 50 cm D x 85 cm H • Approx. 74.5 kg • Two drawers • Four cabinet doors • Internal shelves • Flat-pack assembly with supplied parts/hardware Please quote a fixed price if possible. The quote should include: • Full assembly • Correct drawer runner installation • Door and drawer alignment • Switching the two incorrect doors on the existing sideboard • Moving the chest of drawers out of the way • Basic packaging move to bin area • Wall anchoring if required/recommended Please only offer if you have experience assembling larger cabinets/sideboards with doors, hinges, drawer runners and alignment.
