Conceptual architectural model with floor plans, concept sketches (multiple angles), and digital design guidance This project is a conceptual design for a three-level sustainable student accommodation model. It is not a real build — it’s a scaled model to demonstrate sustainable and inclusive architectural thinking for a design and technology school project. The design is based on extensive research into spatial planning, accessibility, and emerging technologies. I’m looking for architectural support to help refine the layout and visualise the design in both 2D and digital formats. I want to create a modern, accessible, and environmentally conscious student housing solution for urban university areas like Sydney. It should feel welcoming, flexible, and calming, while supporting student wellbeing and sustainability. • Realistic floor plans (1 per level) • Concept sketches from multiple angles (interior or exterior) • Advice or help translating the design into SketchUp/CAD or digital visualisation • Clear communication of zoning, smart technologies, and biophilic design elements Building Layout (3 Levels + Rooftop) Level 1: Communal & Functional (Active zone) • Main entrance + accessible lobby • Large open kitchen + dining area with shared benches • Lounge/social zone with modular furniture • Laundry room (4–6 machines) • Accessible bathrooms • Outdoor courtyard: bike racks, seating, ramps • Greywater system access Level 2: Study + Wellbeing (Quiet zone) • Quiet study pods • Group study rooms • Relaxation/mindfulness room • Large windows for passive cooling • Indoor plants, warm neutral palette • Calm, sensory-friendly layout Level 3: Residential Living (Private zone) • Compact bedrooms (single or twin) • Shared bathrooms • Kitchenette per floor cluster • Smart lighting + passive insulation • Accessible units with wider doors + adjustable fittings

Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opportunity at a pilates studio. You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: 1. Reach out to the studio about doing a pilates class 2 days in advance 2. Assess the class confirmation process 3. Assess the studio, welcome and tour provided 4. Assess the class and the interaction after You will need to book a specific class type and we will reimburse you for this cost. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive. Budget for this task is $40 inclusive of Airtasker fees. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any pilates studios in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself. If this task needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (lockdown, sickness, etc.) we will not be able to release payment for just the training without the task itself being started.
