I'm looking for an experienced event stylist to help bring my engagement party vision to life on 25 January 2027 in Hawthorn East, Melbourne! I'm going for a luxurious, European-inspired feel. Think rich chocolate and champagne tones, beautiful draping, romantic florals, candlelight and a warm, intimate atmosphere. Elegant, a little sexy and nothing too overdone! I've already done most of the creative work and put together a detailed mood board (attached). Now I need someone with a great eye for styling and strong organisational skills to help bring it all together. What I need help with: - Tablecloth sourcing: Luxurious satin/silk-style linens for 4–6 cocktail tables. - Flowers: Sourcing and arranging a combination of real and faux florals. - Styling elements: Sourcing candles, vases, candleholders and any additional decor. - Cake table: Styling and setting up a beautiful cake display. - On-the-day setup: Taking ownership of the styling, setup and finishing touches. - Staying on budget: Setting realistic budgets and staying on track for styling I'm looking for someone experienced, organised and proactive who can manage the process from sourcing through to execution. I'm ready to start planning now and would love to find the right person ASAP! If you're interested, please send through: 1. A portfolio or photos of events you've previously styled. 2. A little about your experience.
