Event: One Fine Baby Expo Location: ICC Sydney Dates: Saturday, 25 July 2026: 8:50am arrival, 9:00am–4:00pm Sunday, 26 July 2026: 8:50am arrival, 9:00am–4:00pm About the role: You’ll be helping visitors at our stall, showing them how the Sleepybelly Pregnancy Pillow works and explaining why someone might use a pregnancy pillow during pregnancy. This will include: Greeting people who come to the stand Demonstrating how the pillow supports the belly and back Explaining the benefits in a simple, friendly way Answering basic product questions Helping keep the stand tidy and welcoming Directing customers to purchase or speak with our team if needed We’ll provide product training before the event, so you don’t need prior maternity product experience. However, experience in retail, events, baby expos, pregnancy/baby products, wellness, or customer service would be ideal. We’re looking for someone who is: Friendly, warm and confident talking to customers Reliable and punctual Comfortable standing and engaging with people throughout the day Well-presented Experienced in retail, sales, events or customer service Able to attend both days Please apply with a short note about your retail, sales or event experience. Pack-down / clean-up will start around 9:00–10:00pm and finish by 11:00pm.
