Drone pilot + sub-250g drone for ongoing content work for a Melbourne based agency Studio Rodéo Melbourne creative agency looking for a reliable drone pilot with their own sub-250g drone (DJI Mini 4 Pro or similar) for ongoing content support across a range of client shoots. This isn't a one-off. We produce regular video and photo content and want someone we can call on consistently as work comes up, so we're after a good fit we can build a working relationship with. What we need: - Your own sub-250g drone (we're working within the lighter-weight category to keep things simple around restrictions) - CASA operator accreditation or RePL (this is commercial work, so it's a must) - A cinematic eye, not just a steady hover. We care about movement, framing and how the footage cuts into a wider edit - Comfortable shooting in and around populated and commercial settings - Reliable, communicates well, and turns footage around promptly - Available semi-regularly over the coming months Please include with your application: - A short showreel (if possible) or examples of your drone work (this is the main thing we'll look at) - The drone you fly - Confirmation of your CASA accreditation or RePL - Your hourly or half-day rate If the work's good and you're easy to deal with, this becomes steady ongoing work.
