Looking for a Facebook Event Outreach Assistant to help promote an upcoming live entertainment show on 19th June. You will be added as a Facebook Event Partner and will contact people who have marked themselves as "Interested" in the event. Responsibilities 1.You will be added as a Partner/Co-host to the Facebook Event. 2.Review attendees who have marked themselves as "Interested." 3.Send a friendly message encouraging them to purchase tickets. Share the provided discount code and ticket purchase link. Lead Handover If someone expresses interest, encourage them to purchase tickets. For attendees requiring further information or follow-up, pass their details and conversation over to me for direct handling. Requirements Experience using Facebook Events and Messenger. Good written communication skills. Friendly and professional approach. Deliverables Contact interested attendees via Facebook Messenger. Share the supplied discount code and ticket link. Forward warm leads and conversations to me where appropriate. Timeline Immediate start. The event takes place on 19th June, so outreach should be completed promptly in the days leading up to the show. I'm looking for a florist or flower stylist to source flowers from Sydney Flower Market and create wedding flowers either the day before or the morning of a wedding. The style the couple is after is colourful, playful and modern, with a relaxed garden-party feel. Think bright seasonal blooms, single-stem bridesmaid flowers, and simple bud-vase table arrangements rather than traditional formal wedding florals. Inspiration photos will be provided. Requirements include: - Bridal bouquet made up of a mix of all the bridesmaids' flowers and colours - Bridesmaid flowers – each bridesmaid will carry a single flower variety/stem that complements her dress colour - Posy jars/bud vase arrangements for reception tables using colourful seasonal flowers - Possible floral arrangements for a wedding arbour - Possible groomsmen buttonholes Ideally, I'd love someone who can: - Source flowers directly from Sydney Flower Market - Advise on suitable seasonal flowers to achieve this look - Create and prepare the arrangements ready for the wedding - Share photos of previous floral work, particularly weddings or events Please send through: - Examples/photos of your work - A quote - Any questions you may have Looking for someone creative, reliable and confident working with fresh seasonal flowers to help bring this vision to life.
