Description: I'm looking for a reliable and friendly helper to assist with hosting a dinner for approximately 10 guests at my apartment in Darling Point this Friday evening. Time: Friday, approximately 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm (4 hours). Tasks include: General cleaning and tidying before guests arrive. Setting the dining table for 10 people. Preparing serving platters, dips, desserts and fruit platter. Assisting with simple food preparation (rice, roasted potatoes, heating soup). Organising drinks and ice. Keeping the kitchen clean during the evening. Clearing plates and glasses throughout dinner. Loading and unloading the dishwasher. Washing dishes and packing away leftovers. Cleaning the kitchen and dining area after dinner. Taking out rubbish and leaving the apartment clean and tidy. Requirements: Previous hospitality or event experience preferred. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Comfortable working independently. Reliable and punctual. The apartment is located in Darling Point, Sydney, with easy parking and public transport nearby.
