I’m looking for someone experienced with Nookal and familiar with aged care compliance, policy writing, and provider application processes—especially for home-based allied health services. Your role will include: Setting up and optimising Nookal for aged care compliance (client records, care plans, notes, templates) Organising required policies and procedures (risk, infection control, governance, complaints, etc.) Assisting with the application process to become a registered aged care provider (using My Aged Care Provider Portal) Helping implement systems for compliance monitoring and ongoing reporting Bonus: Advising on team onboarding, bonus incentives, and retention strategies for casual or part-time physio staff Ideal Experience: You’ve worked with Nookal (admin or clinical setup) You understand the Aged Care Quality Standards or Support at Home program You have experience with compliance or health admin (especially in allied health) You’re efficient, organised, and happy to work remotely with flexible hours This task may evolve into ongoing work or a consulting role if we’re a good fit. I took over a hotel / pub in Hobart about six months ago. Its been far more time consuming than expected and hasn't allowed me enough time to work 'on' the business, and working 'in' the business instead. In particular, the breakeven analysis hasn't been properly done, and this leads to not having a clear idea of how much needs to be put aside each day for ongoing wage and supply cost management. I would provide you with access to Xero, covering all of our accounting and take you through the various revenue streams. One is gaming (pokies and TAB, Keno) which have some licence fees and commissions etc that need to be accounted for and netted off. I'm okay if this is a point in time analysis. Our early numbers were so skewed by renovation costs, I haven't been able to get a good idea of normal operations. However, we've seen normal operation since January now and should give us a good sense of it. To summarise, I'm after: 1. documenting of the ongoing cost centres 2. breakeven analysis for 'typical' operations Strategic Work: 3. How much revenue should be put aside per week for ensuring all costs and supplier accounts are paid (i.e. if wages) or kept within 30 days (i.e. if food supply account). 4. Consider of variable and fixed costs, so that we can project profitability with improved business performance across gaming, accomodation and restaurant.
