I run a growing Airbnb business and am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to assist with cleaning and guest changeovers whenever I need a hand or I am unavailable. The role includes: • Vacuuming and mopping floors • Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms • Wiping surfaces and checking for marks • Changing beds and arranging fresh linen • Restocking basic guest supplies • Emptying rubbish and checking for damage • Making sure the apartment is spotless and ready before the next guest arrives We provide our own linen and cleaning supplies. Assistance with travelling between apartments around Melbourne CBD may also be available. You must be reliable, flexible with changing schedules, have strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working independently. Airbnb turnovers are time-sensitive, so punctuality and good communication are very important. Previous cleaning or Airbnb experience is preferred but not essential—training can be provided to the right person. There is potential for regular ongoing work as the business grows.
