I'm looking for someone with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (financial modelling experience preferred) to build a customizable spreadsheet that compares different wealth-building strategies over time. The spreadsheet should allow me to compare the financial outcomes of: Paying down debt (e.g. mortgage or other loans) faster Contributing additional money to superannuation Investing the same amount in my own name The model should be flexible and allow me to easily change key assumptions, including: Current debt balance, interest rate and loan term Investment amount and frequency Expected investment returns Superannuation returns Tax rates / marginal tax rate Inflation (if applicable) Investment timeframe Salary (if required for super calculations) Any other relevant assumptions I'd like the spreadsheet to automatically update the results when these inputs are changed. The output should include: Net wealth comparison over time Final value of each strategy Graphs/charts showing the growth of each option A clear summary showing which strategy performs best under the selected assumptions The spreadsheet should be well organised, easy to understand, and documented so I can make changes myself in the future. Please let me know if you've built similar financial models before and provide examples if available.

PLEASE READ IN FULL I am launching a home fragrance business and my branding is about 80% complete. I have been working with designers, however we’re not fully aligned and this continues to blow out costs. I’m now looking for someone with strong brand strategy and creative direction experience to help turn this around. As part of this piece of work, I need you to review what’s been done so far, understand the concept and what I am trying to achieve, develop your own ideas for the brand, and produce a brief that includes some rough drawings to guide the next stage. I need someone who will think outside the box and take the time to let the creative process take place, with a good eye for design and extremely high attention to detail. This piece of work is budgeted tight, however there will be opportunities for future work with this. In your offers, please provide your experience and examples of clients you have worked with. Background working with luxury fashion or boutique retail brands is highly advantageous. Ideally you’ll be based in Sydney or Brisbane. Just to be clear, I am seeking your strategic and creative input for this piece of work, to provide a brief for the direction of the brand. I am not hiring a graphic designer. I am looking for an Australian-based Experienced Amazon Seller Central specialist to do the end to end set up and launch of one initial product in my range into the into Amazon USA.(we are an existing seller on Amazon Australia) I do not need strategy only — I need someone hands-on who can work inside my existing Australian Amazon Seller Central account and help set up the U.S. marketplace/listing properly. The product is Bon Savvy Silk Savvy, a 500ml premium silk and delicate laundry liquid. I need help with: Setting up or activating Amazon USA from my Australian Seller Central account Creating/adapting the Amazon USA listing Checking restrictions/compliance for laundry liquid Setting up FBA or advising if FBM is better for the first test Creating the shipment plan Advising on FNSKU/barcode/carton labels Coordinating with a freight forwarder or U.S. prep centre Setting up a simple PPC launch campaignThis is a small test launch of approximately 100–200 units.
