Note: The above price is roughly worked out at $45 per hour plus GSTfor four hours. Please let me know your hourly rate in your offer. The initial clean will be a pre-rental inspection clean. It will need to be quite thorough so it will take longer than a regular clean. Possibly allow three to four hours. The rental inspection is Wednesday 26th so the first clean would need to be done before then. From there I would like fortnightly cleaning of about two hours per fortnight. I’m fairly flexible with times Generally, I would like the bathrooms, toilets, showers, carpets, and benchtop cleaned. Every so often I would like some mirrors and the occasional sliding door spot cleaned as well. We have vacuum cleaner, mop, most sprays and cleaning products. Anything extra required let us know and we can buy it. For a faster clean, it might be easier to use some of your own equipment.
