I’m looking for someone who can turnover my Air BnB townhouse. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (1 is an ensuite) home. No carpets and very tidy (it’s our main house that we look after and keep as short term holiday rental when we are away visiting family). Checklist of normal STRA cleaning things can be provided as a guide, including light cleaning (wipe countertops and floors, clean bathroom and kitchen etc.) as well as stripping and making the beds, changing the towels, making sure the fridge and bins are empty and restocking necessities like soap and tea. I am looking for someone with attention to detail that checks if things were broken / have gone missing and communicates issues in an effective and timely manner so we can solve them together. I will need a video/ pictures of what the place looked like before and after cleaning efforts please. This is so I can give my guests a fair review and make sure the next ones will be comfortable too.
