The price of $100/hour for a team of 2 people was really fair and they did work well and were unfailingly polite. However, the amount of time required was not well calculated. It actually took 5 hours and 2 teams instead of 3 hours and 1 team to complete the job so the price was significantly higher than expected (thrice the amount we settled on). I would have preferred knowing that it would have to take longer beforehand. I know some of it couldn't be helped but if I had planned for at least 2 teams for 3 hours instead of one, it would have been smoother.
