Current antenna is in good condition. I just need a new cable split from it and run down the wall of an adjacent room. Single story dwelling. Easy ladder access. Plaster sheet walls. . . . Would normally do this type of small job myself, but age has meant I'm no longer allowed near a ladder!?

Hi need assistance in mounting a tv in spare room. I have the correct matching mount and screws for connection to TV. Will need screw for mount to wall. Installing where one has been previously. Happy to pay for screws. Quick and easy job for someone who knows what there doing. This is the main tasks required but I also need a dart board and pool que rack screwed into Brick in the garage. Help hanging a light and help with a sound system install. Happy to discuss extra odd jobs on the day.
