I need a wall mount and installation for a 75" TCL TV in lounge room

Can this type of issue with my LG smart TV be repaired? It was moved in a car. The screen itself is not broken or cracked. When turned on the cracks appear through the light inside. No pics or sound appear. Happy to send pics.
