First, your Tasker needs to pick a spot for your projector. This depends on the size of the projection and your room or home cinema. If your projector can be mounted to the ceiling, your Tasker may suggest it so that it doesn’t block the seats. Â
The goal is to provide the best possible experience for you, your family, and your guests. If you’re using a fixed installation projector, do make sure that you’re happy with its placement in your home theatre.
Screen set-up
If you decide to put up a screen instead of just projecting onto a wall, your Tasker will take care of this as well. Screens are recommended for a better viewing experience since they produce a better image than a blank wall. Â
AV projector installation
Whether you plan to set up the projector on a table or up on the ceiling, the picture must show up properly on the wall or screen. Your Tasker may test this a couple of times, after which they’ll confirm that you’re happy with the positioning. Then, they’ll fix the projector onto its mount or bracket (for ceiling-mounted ones) or simply mark the spot on the table and floor. Â
Once the projector is installed, your Tasker connects it to the source - your cable box, gaming console, DVD player, and so on. If necessary, they’ll conceal the wires that are running along the floor, walls, or ceiling.Â
Testing the projector
Once the projector is installed, the Tasker projects an alignment image. This is to make sure that the projector and screen locations are aligned, and that there’s no need for further adjustments.
Afterwards, your specialist may do a simple run-through of your projector’s features, just to make sure it works correctly. This step includes checking on wireless transmission, correcting the image shape and saturation, etc.Â

I have moved into a house with a built in projector screen and have no idea how to get it working. The projector is an EPSON. I have Polkaudio speakers and and ONKYO box. I have no idea what any of them do so any help would be appreciated. I also need a wifi extender set up to reach my mother in laws granny flat. Following a blackout, the devices in the theatre room aren’t working. There is a fetch box, wii, and chrome cast connected to the denon receiver. The wii produces sound when plugged in however no picture shows. The projector picture works when needing to change hdmi settings however no picture shows up when the receiver is set to a particular device. Have tried changing the out cable that connects the receiver to the projector and nothing. We are in Penrith and are seeking a quote to (a) supply and install a manual pull down screen and (b) supply the equipment to mount a projector on the ceiling in our meeting room.
