I need a qualified Foxtel technician (not just a TV or antenna technician). My current iQ3 box is being replaced with an iQ4 box but as I already have had a replacement and it didn't work - I'm being sent out another box. My current iQ3 box works off Satellite so I want this to be set up the same. I'm a retired Senior lady who is on a limited budget but need help. I would prefer someone who was a Foxtel technician before they started letting people go.
