I have a Uniarch/Uniview home security system with multiple cameras connected to a Uniarch/Uniview NVR (black box). The cameras are working locally, but the NVR is not connecting to the internet, so the cameras show offline in the EZView app. The NVR is currently hard‑wired into a wall Ethernet port, but it’s not receiving internet from the router. I need someone to: • Identify and correctly configure the house Ethernet ports / patch panel • Ensure the NVR receives internet from the router • Bring the NVR online • Set up the cameras in the EZView app so they can be viewed remotely • Confirm the system is fully operational

I need help in changing battery of my fire alarm and put it back on the ceiling. We got new batteries and tried replacing it ourselves but we didn't manage to get to working, it kept beeping. We have two fire alarms in the house which have become problematic and would just go off non stop despite changing the battery so we can’t figure out what the issue is. Currently have taken out the battery to stop the noise but would like them to be in place again.

C bus relay is good (physical switch works) C bus wall switches are not (flashing, not enough voltage). Total power supply = 1950mA 10 year old system The issue is intermittent. Sometimes very bad but also sometimes completely gone. Need someone with experience to identify which power supply is down, I don’t want to change any of the established relay on the wall. It would be the best just to disable the faulty power supply and install a new one. Thanks in advance.

A fire alarm has been taken off by wire Just needs the wires to be put in place with alarm . Very easy task though I’m not a professional and not sure what wire goes where . Prefer a professional to assist.

Fire alarm making the beeping sound every 30 to 40 seconds. Stops after hushing it. Usually gets triggered early mornings when temparature drops. Could be needing a battery change.
