I have 2 Samsung air conditioner units. 1 is dedicated to servicing just the ground and at the moment is flashing a red light the other services level 1 and 2. There are 3 bedrooms on the middle level and they are all individually zoned and level 2 has 1 bedroom, which is also individually zoned. I believe the filters need to be looked at. The heating and cooling function doesn't seem to be working all that well either. Possibly needs to be filled with gas? Both units are not working properly and coming into winter, I don't want my son / daughter's or my room without heating.

When i press the remote control on "Mode" selecting air-conditioning or Heater. A green light appears on the air-conditioning unit blinking. And it doesn't work. I think issue is with sensors
