We have a forklift that can reach it. - Outdoor unit: on a wall bracket about 3-4 m up in a narrow side lane (the lower white unit in the outdoor photo, NOT the one up near the roof). The forklift cannot get there. Please pump down and cap it so it can be reinstalled later, disconnect it safely, and take down the bracket. Leave both units with us; we will palletise them ourselves.
