Daikin ducted air-conditioning system. Outdoor unit appears to operate, but the indoor fan/blower is not running. The fan also does not operate when the system is set to fan-only mode. The system had previously developed an intermittent delay before the indoor fan would start, but it now appears not to start at all. Looking for an experienced, licensed air-conditioning technician to diagnose and repair the fault. Please advise your experience with Daikin ducted systems and your call-out/diagnostic charge.

As shown in the photos, there are gaps around the pipe where it passes through the wall/ceiling, including an opening near the corner. I’d like the area properly sealed and patched so there are no visible gaps, while keeping the existing air-conditioning pipework accessible and undamaged. I want to reconfigure some zones in my ducted air conditioning

Looking for an experienced handyman to safely remove an old window air conditioner from an upstairs bedroom. This is a window-style unit, not a split system. It has its own power cord plugged into a normal wall power point and does not appear to be hard-wired. The unit is quite heavy and is supported by a metal frame/brackets on the outside of the upstairs window (see photos). I need someone with appropriate experience and equipment to remove the air conditioner and external supports carefully and safely, without anything falling onto the roof/area below. The air conditioner is still working. The person removing it is welcome to take it if wanted; otherwise I would like it brought downstairs so I can dispose of it through council clean-up. I would also be interested in a quote to make the window usable again afterwards, including fitting a flyscreen if this is something you can do. I live in a 2BR apartment - with a indoor wall-mounted split-system with 3 head units, and need all 3 cleaned thoroughly for mould build up.

I have 2 Samsung air conditioner units. 1 is dedicated to servicing just the ground and at the moment is flashing a red light the other services level 1 and 2. There are 3 bedrooms on the middle level and they are all individually zoned and level 2 has 1 bedroom, which is also individually zoned. I believe the filters need to be looked at. The heating and cooling function doesn't seem to be working all that well either. Possibly needs to be filled with gas? Both units are not working properly and coming into winter, I don't want my son / daughter's or my room without heating.
