Supply & install small split-system air conditioner in bedroom Looking for an appropriately licensed and insured air-conditioning installer to supply and install a small reverse-cycle split-system air conditioner in the bedroom in my apartment. The indoor unit is proposed to be mounted on the bedroom wall shown in the photos (where the large dog picture is currently located). The picture will be removed before installation. The outdoor condenser is proposed to be installed on the balcony immediately outside/adjacent to the bedroom, as shown in the photos. I expect approximately a 2.5 kW system would be suitable given the bedroom size, but I’m happy for the installer to confirm the appropriate capacity. Looking for a good-quality, reliable unit rather than anything particularly high-end. Strata approval is required before work can commence. I am on the strata committee and similar installations have previously been approved in the building. To obtain approval, I will need the successful installer to provide: • a formal written quote • a scope of works, including proposed location of indoor/outdoor units and how pipework, drainage and electrical supply will be installed • details/copy of current public liability insurance • relevant trade/licence and ARCtick details Please quote for supply of the air-conditioning system and complete installation, including all required mounting, pipework, drainage, electrical work and commissioning. Easy remove cover disconnect water hose and remove

Daikin ducted air-conditioning system. Outdoor unit appears to operate, but the indoor fan/blower is not running. The fan also does not operate when the system is set to fan-only mode. The system had previously developed an intermittent delay before the indoor fan would start, but it now appears not to start at all. I want to reconfigure some zones in my ducted air conditioning

Looking for an experienced handyman to safely remove an old window air conditioner from an upstairs bedroom. This is a window-style unit, not a split system. It has its own power cord plugged into a normal wall power point and does not appear to be hard-wired. The unit is quite heavy and is supported by a metal frame/brackets on the outside of the upstairs window (see photos). I need someone with appropriate experience and equipment to remove the air conditioner and external supports carefully and safely, without anything falling onto the roof/area below. The air conditioner is still working. The person removing it is welcome to take it if wanted; otherwise I would like it brought downstairs so I can dispose of it through council clean-up. I would also be interested in a quote to make the window usable again afterwards, including fitting a flyscreen if this is something you can do.
