Hello, We require an URGENT call-out from a qualified HVAC technician to repair the air conditioning unit at our retail store, on Chapel St, South Yarra. The Issue: Our store's main air conditioning unit (a Carrier wall-mounted split system) is no longer producing cold air. It is blowing ambient, uncooled air, and the store is becoming uncomfortably warm, especially with the door constantly open to the street. This is significantly impacting the comfort of our staff and customers. An error code ("Po") is also reportedly showing on the unit. Patch and paint hard plaster wall around 2 air conditioning split heads and adjacent PVC pipe covers. (These are new heads that are slightly smaller than the heads they replaced, revealing old paint & wallpaper.) Fix and caulk PVC pipe covers. Add a lick or two of paint to the sill only of one (interior) timber window frame. See photos for details. We have plenty of the correct paint (Deluxe Wash & Wear + Aquanamel); painter to provide other products as required (filler, primer, etc.) Feel free to flick through any questions before making an offer. Remove and dispose of existing 5kw Mitsubushi split system (model SRK50ZSA-W), and install replacement 5kw, Toshiba 5kw w wifi adapter, using existing external bracket, ducting in place. External section is approx 2.8 m above ground level, so step ladder or similar required and owner on-hand to assist with labour.
