Daikin split-system air conditioner in Carlton (apartment rental) is leaking water from the indoor unit after ~30 minutes of operation. Cooling itself works well. This is typically handled via building/landlord maintenance, but they’re not available over the weekend. I’m looking for a licensed air-conditioning technician to attend ASAP (this weekend) to inspect and clear the condensate drain and confirm normal operation. Happy to provide photos and details of the unit.

There is currently a similar air conditioner that needs to be removed and a new one installed. The hole from the old unit should be suitable for the new one, but ideally they should be checked first. Multi room LG Model LMN2166E2L (3517) requires repair. Possibly capacitor issue. The outdoor unit just makes a clicking noise when indoor units (2 in total) are turned on.

I need somebody to paint the new external air conditioning pipes to match the existing facade of the building. Pipes go from ground floor to balcony on the first floor. Colour - Dulux Leadman anti graffiti paint Certificate of insurance required to be supplied to the Owners Commitee prior to commencement.

I have a heater that has come out of the wall on one side. Bracket is still attached on the other side but hole in the wall now as shown in pics. Need someone who can fix and put back into wall.
