Task was completed in reasonable time. Service included replacing an existing wall aircon with a new and smaller one. The old unit was taken away for me and a wooden frame constructed to block the space opened by the downsizing. However, this only filled the inside wall (of double brick). I have only given 4 stars because the outer wall was left with no filler or trim, exposing the intra wall space to weather and rodents. In fairness, I did not specify this as part of the task.
