Hi, I have a 2001 Mercedes-Benz C200. The air conditioner isn’t blowing any air. After a service, the mechanic advised it likely needs a new fan/blower control module, and that five air vents aren’t working—he suspects the actuators behind the dash. He confirmed the compressor is fine. I’m not sure what price to list, so I’ve put $500 as a placeholder, i expect it to be more than this—please message me your quote for the job. I’m happy to pay for parts separately. I understand the dash and centre console may need to be removed to access the actuators, so I’m looking for someone experienced with this process. I can deliver the car anywhere on the Gold Coast or in Brisbane, and I can be without the car for a couple of days or more if needed.

The air-conditioning unit in the house has given error E7 and needs a new battery in the remote control or a circuit breaker reset. The error states “An E7 error on an air conditioner often indicates a communication issue between the indoor and outdoor units, or a problem with the outdoor unit itself, such as a fan motor issue.
