My air conditioner is blowing air inside, but the air is warm. The indoor fan is working normally. However, the outdoor condenser unit is completely not running — the fans are not spinning and there is no sound (no humming, clicking, or vibration). There is no burning smell. The issue happened suddenly. Looking for a qualified technician to diagnose and repair the problem. Suspected issue may be power supply to the outdoor unit, contactor, control board, or related electrical fault. Please bring necessary tools and parts for common condenser faults.

(URGENT TONIGHT) *Needs Gas Our split system air conditioner is running but only blowing mildly cool air it’s not properly cooling the rooms. We’ve checked the settings and cleaned the filters. It appears the system may need regassing or inspection for low refrigerant. Flexible with times but preferably ASAP due to heat.

The fan on My ducted air conditioning system will blow in slow mode but will not kick in to high mode, which is how it cools the room properly as it is a recording studio. I have checked the capacitor and the circuit board and they are working fine, so it is something else that I can’t diagnose. The system will eventually need to be replaced, but I am trying to get a little longer out of it as it was working perfect up until a few days ago. I think it won’t take someone very long that knows these systems to work it out.

-the AC turns on only on the fan mode, not on the cold mode. The fan outside isn’t spinning when turned on -Deep clean of one air conditioner unit. Last cleaned 12 months ago and not used much in the last couple of months.

The split AC unit at my shop works fine and was serviced recently in Dec 2025 however when in use after about 2hrs the AC front unit starts leaking/ dripping water. Seems like some blocked pipes or something.

The air conditioner in my bakery dining area requires maintenance. Still blowing cold air, but condensation drips onto diners below, I suspect a drainage pipe may require unblocking. The facade of the unit needs a clean as well as the air filters. The unit is located 3-4m high near the ceiling so a ladder will be required . The bakery closes at 3pm so will need to be done in the afternoon.

We have noticed a watermark on the ceiling, and leaking when the ducted air-conditioning is turned on. The leaking stops once the air-conditioning is switched off, which I think may be related to the air-conditioning system.

I want the air conditioning duct painted the same colour as the wall, from the air conditioning unit up to where the duct goes into the wall. The section to be painted starts at about 2.4m above ground level and extends up for about another 2m. Paint will be supplied, and a brush if necessary. Two-three coats of paint probably required. You will need to supply your own ladder.
