Copper pipe slashed while gardening, needs to be fully removed & replaced and a new one fitted, re-gassing also , to get the air conditioner working again

Lately turning on the AC has caused the circuit breaker to trip, typically within 30min. I usually just go to the main switch board and flick the circuit breaker switch back to ON. Yesterday the CB tripped again and I can’t flick the switch back to ON. I can feel there is resistance compared to the past occasions. Model of control pad: BRC1E62 Outdoor unit: R410A
