Hi, I need help checking and repairing my air conditioner. There are two indoor air conditioning units in the apartment and they are connected to one outdoor condenser unit. Both air conditioners can turn on and blow air, but they are not cooling properly. It used to work normally before. Diagnose the cause of the leak (likely blocked drain line or evaporator coil issue). Clear/flush the drain line and perform a minor service to prevent immediate recurrence.
