We have a Fujitsu AC unit that has a cover that is preventing the unit from working. Once turned on, the cover tries to come up and makes noises and when off tried to come back down but it's jagged and looks like it's going to break. During this time, the AC doesn't actually work. I'm quite sure the AC works but it's just this cover issue. Need to repair a Daikin floor mounted unit leaking water when it’s ON Model number FVXS35RV1

I have a temperzone HWP 35RKSY. There is a constant humming from the unit in the ceiling and it constantly has the flashing "fault" sign on the control panel. A temporary solution I have is cleaning out the red condensate pipes but I need a permanent solution.
