Air conditioner not working

The wall controller has died. There is nothing wrong with the actual AC however I now assume we will need a new controller. Happy for any controller as this one already has minimal functionality and we have no zoning upstairs. All we need is power, temperature and auto mode.

Ducted air conditioning turned off by itself over the weekend. Need someone to inspect the duct, as I see plastic peeling off the return duct vent from picture attached. Need assessment and price.

I have a portable AC from Kogan that's making weird noises when turned on. Need someone to have a look at it.

Air is not cooling, it will work for an hour then cut off. DAIKAN DUCTED COOLING SYSTEM. Error code is J3 Problem is in discharge pipe

This is a spare room and I don't use the AC much. Unfortunately on a hot week like this, it decides not to turn on. The AC is fairly new.

All other setting works except for the cold as water leaks out. was told it could be blocked as all the other setting work fabulous. Thank you
