I have a Panasonic split system air conditioner in a small apartment. The unit started leaking water inside while cooling about two weeks ago on and off, but now leaks all the time while cooling. -the AC turns on only on the fan mode, not on the cold mode. The fan outside isn’t spinning when turned on -Deep clean of one air conditioner unit. Last cleaned 12 months ago and not used much in the last couple of months.
