Currently the wheels on the inside of the window has broken away and has been biting into the sliding part of the window frame. Have been advised just to buy capping to help it slide but do need to fix the wheels. Any suggestions to fix without placing whole window. - Due date: Flexible

Need a standard window fly screen changed as there are small visible rips on our current screen. I won't be back at the property till about the 28th Dec- 5th Jan 2023. I’m looking for someone to instal a dark tint on the glass door of my apartment bedroom to block out light and be a privacy screen from street view. It’s essentially floor to ceiling glass (kind of, it’s not all the way to the top or all the way to the wall), with one sliding glass panel for the door and the second glass panel for the rest of the wall. I don’t know what tint is suitable so I’m looking for a professional/handy man with experience that can advise me on the best option to suit longevity & has privacy protection (can’t see inside the window from the street but can see outside from the inside). I’m looking for the darkest possible tint so I can leave the blinds open and it be darker inside during the day. Ideally I’m looking for a tint option that just looks dark but doesn’t have colour (for example I have seen some tints which look green which isn’t approved by body corporate). The glass that needs to be covered is roughly 2.8m x 1.9m (I can send exact measurements if needed). Located in an apartment building, 6th floor (with lift access & visitor parking) in Kangaroo Point, 4169. Flexible on completion date.

I’ve used tacks to pin up a towel around my window in a loft on a slanted roof, and I’ve damaged the plaster around the window. I’m not sure if it would need filling with plaster or putty. There’s damage in six spots around the window where I’ve pinned the towel up.
