I need someone to replace the rotted window frame and approximately 6 wall panels to be replaced and stained as close as possible to the current ones. The window is approx 1930 wide and 700 high. The panels (basically floorboards) are 70mm wide tongue and groove in pine. These were white ant damaged and now fully treated so require cosmetic repair where damaged.

I need seven wooden outside window frames painted. They need a very good sand to get original paint off, 2x under coat and 2x colour/top coat. I have a two story house so 4x of the windows are high and would require the use of a tall ladder. I will provide the paint, brushes, drop sheet and ladder.

The two window frame are a bit rotten. The size of the small window is 990x1290mm, the big window is 1690x1750mm. The glass are fine except the glass at the right top of the big window is broken.
