Our treadmill repair service covers diagnosing the problem of your equipment, repairing its faulty components, and doing a quick test-run to ensure that your treadmill is working as it should be. The actual process may vary depending on the specifications of your treadmill, especially if they have more modular speeds or advanced platform inclination settings.
If you're booking a commercial or home treadmill repair service with us for the first time, here's what you can expect:
Once your Tasker arrives, they first inspect your treadmill to determine the cause of the issue. If they're able to find visible damages, such as a loose screw, a shattered panel, or a broken belt, then they can quickly proceed with the repairs needed. They may also check other sources like your treadmill's fuse to make sure that it's not an electrical issue.
Finding the source of your treadmill's malfunction is merely the first step–now it's time to attempt to get it back to working condition. More often than not, minor problems will have general solutions: a repair or a replacement. Treadmill belt cut repairs, for example, are quite easy to do and can be carried out relatively quickly. Repairing the treadmill's motor controller repair, on the other hand, may need more time and expertise, as this involves electrical know-how to accomplish. If the part is broken and unsalvageable, however, then it may have to be replaced entirely.
After the repairs, your Tasker can do a final inspection of your treadmill to ensure that all parts are in good working condition. Feel free to hop on your treadmill and test it out for yourself. You can also talk to your Tasker about the repair process, and maybe even ask them for suggestions on how to avoid the same problems from reoccurring.
If you're dealing with an entirely unrepairable treadmill, then you may be keen on getting it out of your home to free up some space. Our fitness equipment removalists can disassemble your treadmill, pack them up securely in boxes, and transport them to an appropriate disposal or recycling facility.
Got a replacement treadmill but need a hand with setting it up? You can also get a treadmill assembler instead of trying to decipher the assembly manual yourself. Not only you get to save more time, but you also get to enjoy your newly assembled treadmill without having to lift a finger!

EVO 202T, S/N SDB 088023 Hasn’t been used for over 5 years (and Only light use since new). Started it up last week and used it without any problem for 2 days, when it shut down mid session. No power to the control panel. No error messages. Power point is OK. Turned on an off but still no power to control unit.

Our Nordic track was moved and I think damaged in the process. It is big and bulky and comes apart into two pieces. But we didn’t have the necessary tools to completely pull apart and they were still attached by wires. I think the wires got a bit mangled 😢. We put it back together, plugged it in and it worked fine for 5 minutes but then shorted out with a pop sound. Tried different outlets but the console still doesn’t turn on at all. (It’s a touch screen treadmill with WiFi)

Quality Pro-Forma treadmill has started an odd electrical smell, then stops. Have been told it may be the fan and is overheating. If it costs too much to repair I will decline to do so. Am after somebody who knows Treadmills.

I require someone to repair (possibly replace) a treadmill belt that has become lopsided-rendering treadmill unusable. Have tried to adjust the belt back to the middle myself but it becomes lopsided again. Brand is pro-form and photos are attached.

The treadmill belt is not smooth when I run and I become unbalanced. It almost feels like it is snagging or getting stuck momentarily when I run. The belt is also not in the middle and is close to the left hand side of the base. Unsure whether there is anything else that is wrong with it.

I have a Nature T610 treadmill that works on and off. The error message from the information on the internet is saying it's the optical switch mounted on the motor is not receiving the signal reflected from the tachometer wheel. I have no idea what this means and seeing as though I purchased this only a month ago I don't know enough about it to repair myself. Is this something that you can help with? Much thanks:)

Was using the treadmill the other day and then there was a spark and a small bang. Then after that no power was coming through to the machine. It tripped the circuit breaker so I reset that but still no power to the machine. I think the spark came from where the safety key is
