Shower floors will need any gaps filled with grout and then after dried will need the product Shower Plug Sealant applied over top. Also the bathtub converted into a shower for tenants to use as well, using a spout diverter and rail shower drilled into wall above bath spout. The door was rehung but is too close to the wall and scrapes it. The window frame is split in one corner.

I’m looking for an experienced handyman/plasterer to repair damage to a plasterboard wall. The damaged area is approximately 20–30 cm wide (please inspect and confirm the exact repair required).

Replace multiple security fly screen 2 doors and windows

1. Remove damaged plasterboard along the bottom approximately 200 mm of the affected walls, allowing for up to 19.2 linear metres. Supply and install matching-thickness plasterboard with suitable backing, tape and set joints, and sand ready for painting. Remove and dispose of repair debris. 2. Prepare and prime repaired wall areas and apply two coats of interior wall paint to match the existing colour as closely as practicable. 3. Supply and install approximately 19.2 linear metres of standard-profile primed pine skirting boards. Fill fixing holes, caulk joints and gaps, and apply two finishing coats of trim paint.

Needing shade shed put up.

Sectional garage door has a galvanised reinforcement/stile that has broken away at the top near the roller/hinge assembly and is hanging outward slightly. Door is otherwise operational. A large corflute sign to be installed on a vacant block of land using two star pickets. The sign (not including star pickets) will be delivered to installers address by courier and need to be installed asap when received.
