Toilet seat needs removing and new one, already purchased, needs to be attached. The toilet screws need an allen key. I have been unable to remove them myself. Very easy task. Note: $70 is my budget but if I can get an offer for a lower price ranging $40 to $70 I will consider those first. Please include your quote when responding to this job
