Main bathroom shower door – not opening/closing smoothly; inspect and adjust or replace pivot hinge. 4. Kitchen cabinets (lower only) – tighten or adjust corner cupboard hinges for smooth operation. 5. Main bathroom vanity (lower section) – cabinet base appears damaged; assess for repair or replacement. 6. Laundry door handle – feels loose; tighten or replace as needed. 7. I'm renovating a fishing shack up the central highlands (Brandum Bay) and will need somebody to help with: •replacing metal roofing •installing 3x windows •removing a 2m internal partition wall. I have materials, tools, food, beer and chuff.
