Underneath kitchen sink was previously flooded and damaged the flooring of the kitchen sink…looking for handyman or carpenter who is able to do the job please.

I have 4 ceiling fans. Something is not working on the controller's. Slipping, one speed, can't turn off.

1- Have a marble dinning table. There is a wooden piece rhat goes between the base and the top. That piece screws on the base. Screws are missing. Need the middle piece screwed and the table top (very heavy) put back on 2- Have a big wooden dresser that has a big mirror. The mirror needs attaching to the dresser but one of the legs is slightly damaged and screws missing as well. 3- Have a split base for a superking bed. One base has the legs but the legs of other base are missing. Need the legs replaced, total 12 legs. Issue is the legs that are currently attached are stuck and hard to remove.

Hi, we need our deck repaired , needs handrails, wood etc all replaced as its rotted and rusted.

Roughly 1ft by 2ft hole in wall requiring repair

5 standard fixed flyscreens: white aluminium frames, regular plastic mesh: approx. 3 @ 890w x 1170h, 1@ 440w x 560h, 1@ 590w x 570h; and remesh a sliding door security screen with replacement flyscreen mesh 710w x 1950h & a bathroom flyscreen 400w x 840h. Of the new flyscreens, 2 are replacing bent, 1 not to size and 2 missing. 4 of 5 new flyscreens are on first floor but all have previously been accessed from inside house and used the sliding window track for enclosure, not flyscreen clips.

My windows have a fly screen mesh that is held on by these plastic bits that have been damaged and fallen off. Looking for a more permanent solution with these mesh screens as I don’t want them to come off but also want to reuse them to keep pricing down. There are 7 of these mesh screens that need to be reinstalled

Needing this tap at out sink fixed. It’s come loose but works fine.

I need someone to come repatch a wooden door i used a wood filler to patch the even parts but it came out looking bad. If someone is knowledgeable and knows how to fix this and make it look like the remainder of the door I would appreciate it. Thanks
