Job Description: Looking for a reliable and experienced tradesperson (or team) to carry out improvement works on a studio unit to meet rental minimum standards and give it a fresh look. Scope of Work: Install a kitchen sink (including all plumbing connections). Paint the studio unit (walls and ceilings). Update the bathroom (minor works – to be discussed, e.g. fittings, touch-ups, or small upgrades). Install downlights throughout the unit. Requirements: Must be licensed and experienced in relevant trades (plumbing, electrical, painting). Provide own tools and materials (or advise what needs to be supplied). Ensure all work complies with rental minimum standards. Provide a clear timeline and cost breakdown. Please include examples of similar work completed in your response.

I have an old 1960s era home that has glass doors leading from kitchen to back porch and bathroom. The doors have moved due to house needing restumping, so the doors do not meet. So may need doors to be re-hung on hinges. One door is sitting 5 cm off the floorboards, the other 2.5 cm. See photos pls
