Need to replace existing kitchen sink with new deeper dual sink with related mixer faucet. Width 47cm, length 123.4cm, depth is 13.5cm Need quote for installation, while I will supply the sink. I am thinking of the one in the uploaded picture from Bunnings (dual bowl link - 500mm deep).

Shower Walls: • Re-grouting needed for the tiled walls in the shower area. • Some sections have visible mold and discoloration along the grout lines. • Prefer a thorough clean-up of existing grout before applying fresh grout for a clean and uniform finish. 2. Kitchen Sink Area: • Re-grouting required for the backsplash area behind the kitchen sink. • The existing grout has mold/discoloration along the edges where the backsplash meets the countertop. • Would like a clean and seamless finish to improve both appearance and hygiene. The tap in the bathroom is loose. It moves everytime we use it. Also, hotwater comes out even when the handle is on cold water side, after the tap became loose. Also, kitchen water leaks only when we use a lot of water for dishes. I think some kind of connection were not doen properly under the sink.

Hi recently had got someone to replace old metal hose under kitchen sink . as you can see from attached photos, water connections are hanging loose the job in hand is to replace/ install control valve for both hot and cold water inlet. cold water inlet has a connection to both mixer and dishwasher that might need a different connector. looking for an experienced plumber to complete a professional install. - Due date: Flexible
