I've had down lights installed and need some small repairs made to the ceiling prior to painting. Mostly just drill holes, small job. 1 x bedroom which needs some faux timber panelling removed and a picture rail removed and prepaired for paint. Ceiling sanded and prepared for paint. Panelling may be stuck on with glue and will require scraping, won't know until the panels are removed. 1 x door way in the kitchen I want repaired and architrave removed and finsihed with square gyprock edge. Ceiling repairs, need ready for paint on completion (refer to photos): Entry: 7 drill holes Hallway: 2 drill holes one patch to be sanded Bathroom: sanded Kitchen: patches sanded and two holes filled Lounge room: 3 patches sanded and 2 other spots First bedroom: 5 drill holes filled Second bedroom: timber panelling and picture rail removed repaired Third bedroom: ceiling sanded - has some peeling paint from old water damage Fourth bedroom: patch sanded - Due date: Flexible
