Replace wall roughly to the blue tape Above the door as well at the far corner just repair where water damage All rubbish removed All walls and ceiling sanded and ready for painting Holes for the standard light cut

After water damage there are several walls and ceilings require new boards Cheers gill

Remove cabinet from wall and patch fix wall holes that the plumber left when closing Capping of pipes. Also remove tiles off the wall along the (bottom) edge and attach ‘quads’ skirting around the edges in a small room that used be the laundry and is now a small nursery room. There is also a drain pipe that I would like covered somehow running along the wall see photos below
