1. Kitchen/dining:- hole in the ceiling. Found a hole in ceiling approx 300mm sq in internal plaster ceiling looking for leak. Cut out the hole/damaged plaster as needed and back block. Insert new piece of plaster to size, prepare for painting and prime work area. Dbl coat the works area only in a white ceiling Acrylic. 2. Back bathroom:- hole in the ceiling. Make man hole cover. Found hole in the ceiling corner approx 700mm sq in the internal FC ceiling while looking for leak. Cut out the hole/damaged FC as needed. Make the hole a new manhole, frame and cover to suit. 3. Lhs pergola:- shade cloth. Found the end beam has rotted away and dropped. Remove shade cloth and rotten end beam. Photos attached for a better idea.
