Hi, I have two quick handyman jobs that I don't have the skills and gear for! (1) To install a security door latch (pictured) on the front door frame. I think it's a metal frame and a wooden door. (2) To install a wardrobe rail into a chipboard wardrobe (I already have the rail, brackets, and screws). Pretty straightforward I hope. Thank you :)

Old door handle has no visable screws or allen key slot on cover. I have no way of removing cover essentially. New locking handle is same size, no new flushing required either. Straight swap.

Below are the details: - Pick up the new door from the store in Fyshwick (using your vehicle -- I can help you carry the door); - Install it in Kingston, including painting the door (I will provide the paint) and installing a door handle and clothes hook in the door (I will provide both); - Remove and dispose of the old door. The new door is 2340x770, but the size of the old door is 2270x770. You will therefore have to cut and re-rerail the door. Note it is a hollow core door, so you need to be able to cut and re-rail it.
