Hi there, I need a careful demolition and prep job done for an upcoming kitchen and laundry renovation. Timeline: This needs to be completed between September 23rd and September 25th before our new cabinets arrive. Please note: We are selling the existing kitchen cabinets, appliances, sink and tapware, so those will be removed separately. We need you to handle the remaining demo work. Scope of Work: Splashbacks: Demolish and remove the tile splashback in the kitchen and the laundry. Laundry Unit: Disconnect (water will be off) and remove the existing freestanding laundry sink/cabinet. Cornice: Cut and remove a specific section of the cornice above the kitchen to make room for new full-height cabinetry. Cleanup: Site must be left clean and all demo rubbish removed. Requirements: Must bring your own tools and drop sheets. Must include rubbish removal in your quote.

Small cosmetic job. A section of cornice (2.5m) in a bedroom has some cracking along the join that needs filling and making good. And one spot on the kitchen wall. (0.5m) No reattaching, nothing structural, just fill the cracks, and leave it paint-ready (white-drying filler would be best). Quick one-visit job for a plasterer or handyperson. Hi, I am preparing my apartment for inspection and need a local plasterer or skilled handyman for a few small repair jobs. Plaster Patches: There are 3 small wall/corner patches and a larger patch in the bottom of a cupboard that need to be cut out, replaced/filled, and sanded back perfectly smooth ready for paint. The plaster has pulled away due to old, resolved moisture (the area is completely dry now, no active leak). Cornice: Need approx 1 metre of cornice installed above the cupboard. I already have a length of cornice on site. You will need to cut to size, bring cornice cement, cut the mitre corners, and install/blend it. Please bring your own plaster, base coats, and tools. I have the wall paint ready to go. Looking to get this completed ASAP. Thanks!
