Hi, I have a section of cornice 3 to 4 meters that’s coming away from the ceiling. I think it needs to screwed and glued and repaired back in place. I would like this done in the week or so. Remove old cornice, add on a new plasterboard Ceiling to existing Ceiling. Add new 90mm cove cornice. Patch up the walls to meet the new Ceiling. Ceiling area approximately 10 SQM and 13LM of cornice (8 corners) Extend the partition wall to Ceiling (270mmX2400). You will need to build a small stud. It an old 1960s Ceiling. Existing manhole and skylight will be covered over by new ceiling. I will dispose the old cornice and organise to remove existing lights, fire alarm and skylight.
