Need to install new rotary clothesline by cementing it in ground

My clothes line broke, I am not handy but I reckon we need to drill something or other. Doesn’t need to be collapsible. The line doesn’t need to be too tight, just fix the metal support beams I reckon.

I have purchased a new clothes line from mitr 10 it needs to be put up on the wall in my courtyard

One end will have to be mounted on a wall (1st image) Other end will have to have to be mounted on a constructed brace (2nd image) Distance between ends is approx. 5.7m. I'll buy the clothesline. You just have to mount it. - Due date: Flexible

Cement (cement not supplied) new post mount and install new retractable Clotheslines’s as well as install mini wall mounted clothes line (bolts supplied).
