Hello, I have two chandeliers needed to be installed. 1. One in the kitchen area 2. The other staircase

Need to replace a downlight near the stairs to hang a chandelier. Need to know if this is feasible and if the ceiling can hold the chandelier too

Need someone with a tall ladder, roughly 6m off the ground or with planks able to reach the lights inside the chandelier to change them. Not sure what type of lights are in there but I will cover the cost of replacement lights.

1. Install 2 crystal chandeliers 2. Install 1 PowerPoint in roof to connect rangehood 3. Move 2 internal cameras to front and rear and relocate 1 external camera 4. Install 3 X PowerPoints in front and rear verandas and on side of the house. Job is at Kemps Creek for a single story double brick house.
