Relocate Wall Shelves Item: Two (2) white decorative wall shelves/sconces (currently above the bed). Action: Remove them carefully and re-install them at a new location (on the wall near the window). Note: Minor patching might be needed at the old location. 2. Mount Heavy Mirror (Critical) Item: Large rectangular dark-framed mirror (pictured on the floor). Weight: 20kg+ (Very Heavy). Action: Install this mirror safely onto the wall above the bed (where the shelves used to be). Requirement: Must use heavy-duty anchors or mount directly into studs. Safety is the priority here. 3. Replace Ceiling Light (Assembly Required) Item: Replace the existing bowl pendant light with a new black crystal chandelier. Action: Remove the old light fixture. Level 2 (stairwell area): • Install 1 chandelier above the staircase. • A ceiling hook already exists at this location; however, it must be inspected and confirmed to be structurally safe for supporting a 9kg chandelier. 2. Level 1 (living areas): • Install 3 chandeliers in existing light fitting locations. • Each site currently has a ceiling light connection but requires the installation of a ceiling hook to safely secure the chandelier. Notes: • All electrical wiring is in place from existing light fittings. • Only structural fixing (hooks) and chandelier installation are required in addition to connection.
