Looking for electrican to change a fan over I do have the new fan

I bought 2 wall decorative lights that need to be hardwired installed beside mirror with a switch. See attached photos showing the lights and the area where needs to be installed. I also got a ceiling fan in living area which needs to be replaced with a new one. The old fan will go in the patio. I also need to make 2x GPOs.

a) Replace ceiling fan with AC or a DC ceiling fan x 1 - I will supply the fan b) Install RJ45 wall socket with cat6 cable (up to 3) - you will supply the materials. To be installed in the internal walls, about 30cm from the floor, aligned with the power outlets for esthetics c) Replace smart switching device (Shelly Dimmer 4) behind wall plate - I will supply the Shelly Dimmer 4

Remove current ceiling fan and replace with a new ceiling existing fan and make sure it’s working with controller

Current fan in main bedroom is noisy when run on the mid level speed or higher. It either needs to be fixed or replaced. We have the same fans in other rooms that we don’t use but which are quiet and it can be replaced by one of them

I have purchased the same fan but without the light as a couple of years ago I had downlights installed in the bedroom they used the power from the light to install the downlights
