What do fan installers do?
Even if you know how to install ceiling fan wiring, the installation must be done by a licensed electrician to avoid the danger of electrocution. If you're having more than one fan installed on the same day, each additional ceiling fan installation will usually cost less than the first.

Both our ceiling fans have stopped working. We have 2 remote controls and neither changes the fan speed but both controls light up as if they’re sending a signal. One of the fans runs without the ability to change speed, the other doesn’t turn on at all.

My photos show the ceiling and roof of the room, and the external wall that is opposite the light switch. (I’m not really sure what an electrician would need to know/see.)
