I need screen doors put back on rails, clothes line to be put up and retentioned for hanging up clothes , a few little repairs ie small coffee table to tighten one leg, fix a trolley one wheel come off, and other very small repairs but just start with these first happy to pay more if there is any other small repairs to do.

There are 3 tasks needing to be done. We have a small skylight (approx 400mm x 400mm) removed from toilet and need to patch. I've already back-blocked this ready to fix the piece of gyprock to (an exhaust fan will be going in). We have a single wall section in a linen cupboard to be sheeted approx 900mm wide x maybe 2200mm high. Last is a small area of low ceiling under a bulkhead to be repaired along with 500mm of cornice. It may only be a metre wide x approx 1500 deep and can be reached from floor level. I have gyprock sheets on site.
