We have an existing rendered blueboard fence which was constructed poorly and is now falling over. Main structural components seem to be treated hardwood/pine on concrete footing, but other wood used is untreated and exposed to the elements - it has rotted and is falling over. The full fence length is 40m. The rotten part is approx 20m. I'm looking for someone to visit the site and quote for: (1) rebuilding the rotten section (inc render) and repainting the entire 40m fence or (2) rebuilding and repainting the entire fence Rendered blueboard is fine, but would like steel posts for the structural components and treated pine wood for the rest. It's a boundary fence and we have permission from our neighbour to enter their property for this work to be quoted. Budget on this task is a placeholder only.
